Job Summary
Action Hospitality, part of the Air Arabia Group, is hiring a Security Guard to join its safety and security team in Sharjah. This role is critical in ensuring the protection of the company’s property, employees, and assets through regular patrols, monitoring, and reporting. The Security Guard will coordinate with the security team and operate in shifts to maintain a safe working environment 24/7.
Key Responsibilities of the Security Guard Role
As a Security Guard at ACH, you will actively protect life and property by preventing unauthorized access, identifying suspicious activity, and responding to emergencies. You will conduct patrols of the premises, report any incidents or violations, and operate security systems such as CCTV and alarm devices.
The Security Guard is expected to brief team members at shift changes, coordinate with law enforcement when necessary, control access to the facility, and monitor daily activity logs for any irregularities. In emergencies, you will contact relevant departments and provide first aid or CPR if qualified. Ensuring compliance with all safety and security protocols is a key part of this role.
Minimum Qualifications and Requirements
Candidates applying for this Security Guard position must have 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within the security industry. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Applicants must possess a valid PSBD security license and be willing to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
