Role Overview – Digital Experience Specialist Emirates Dubai
As a Digital Experience Specialist, you will lead the design and delivery of digital learning tools and solutions to support security training. This role works closely with training teams and technical departments to ensure training programs meet global security standards, Emirates Group values, and regulatory requirements.
You will also design digital content—such as interactive modules and videos—and constantly seek new ways to improve the digital learning experience using the latest tools and technologies.
What You’ll Do
- Create engaging digital training materials using modern learning design tools.
- Collaborate with security and flight operations teams to understand learning needs.
- Develop videos and multimedia content that improve learner understanding.
- Ensure all digital solutions meet international aviation and internal security training standards.
- Work with IT and external vendors to manage and enhance learning platforms.
- Continuously explore new digital trends and technologies to enhance learning experiences.
- Support innovation and digital transformation in Emirates Group Security Training.
What You Need to Apply
To apply for the Digital Experience Specialist Emirates Dubai role, you must have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree (or Honours).
- 5+ years of experience in aviation security training or digital learning design.
- Certification in Digital Learning Solutions.
- Strong knowledge of course design and videography tools.
- Good communication and facilitation skills.
