Role Overview – Synthetic Flight Instructor Emirates Dubai
As an SFI, you will deliver simulator and ground-based training to Emirates pilots. You will play a vital role in maintaining high standards in flight safety, crew performance, and operational excellence. The position is strictly ground-based, with responsibilities across type ratings, recurrent training, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Type Rating, Recency, and Recurrent training using Flight Simulator Training Devices (FSTD)
- Conduct ground school sessions aligned with Emirates and GCAA regulations
- Assess pilot performance and complete accurate digital reports
- Recommend extra or remedial training when needed
- Suggest improvements in training delivery, methods, and safety
- Contribute to course development and other training projects
Who Can Apply Synthetic Flight Instructor Emirates Dubai?
Emirates is looking for passionate aviation professionals with instructional experience and the required flight background.
Minimum Requirements
- Hold or have held a CPL, MPL, or ATPL license
- Minimum 12 months as an Instructor or Examiner
- At least 1,500 hours flight time on multi-pilot aircraft
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience with Boeing aircraft preferred
