Emirates Flight Training is hiring experienced Synthetic Flight Instructor (SFI) to join our ground-based training team in Dubai. As a world leader in Competency-Based Training and Assessment (CBTA) and a full Evidence-Based Training (EBT) operator, we provide the most modern and dynamic learning environment in global aviation.
This role gives you the opportunity to train world-class pilots using advanced Flight Simulator Training Devices (FSTD) and contribute to Emirates’ standard of excellence in flight operations.

What You’ll Do as a Synthetic Flight Instructor
- Deliver type rating, recurrent, and recency training using FSTDs
- Lead ground school sessions that align with GCAA and Emirates standards
- Complete and submit detailed assessments via our digital training system
- Recommend additional or remedial training for underperforming pilots
- Provide feedback to improve safety, instructional techniques, and efficiency
- Support training development projects and course enhancements
Minimum Qualifications
- CPL, MPL, or ATPL license (current or previously held)
- Minimum 1,500 flight hours on multi-pilot aircraft
- At least 12 months of experience as an Instructor or Examiner
- Strong leadership, instructional, and communication skills
