Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead the technical coordination and support for new Skywards product and partnership launches
- Manage lifecycle processes and end-to-end system integration with internal and external partners
- Act as the key point of contact for platform issues, system changes, and operational support
- Collaborate with business owners and IT teams to scope, design, test, and roll out system features
- Deliver technical support for loyalty campaigns, including setup, execution, monitoring, and issue resolution
- Monitor platform performance and drive improvements in process, system reliability, and user support
- Participate in cross-functional projects and support Skywards initiatives using agile frameworks
Required Qualifications and Experience
- 5+ years in IT, project delivery, loyalty systems, or related field
- 12 Years schooling or equivalent; IT background preferred
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven track record managing cross-departmental projects
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
- Ability to multitask while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Operational knowledge of Windows, MS Office; experience in SQL, Business Objects, JIRA/Confluence is a plus
- Background in airline, travel, or loyalty programs gives you a competitive edge
