About the Role
Etihad Airways looking for a dynamic Sales Officer to drive cargo sales and strategy in Abu Dhabi. This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead revenue generation efforts, build lasting client relationships, and play a key part in executing our regional growth strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional cargo sales strategy
- Identify and convert new business opportunities across logistics providers and key accounts
- Manage and grow relationships with VIP and strategic clients
- Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure service-level excellence
- Monitor sales targets, market trends, and competitor activities
- Collaborate with pricing, ops, and planning teams to optimize revenue
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field
- 3–5 years experience in cargo sales, logistics, or key account management
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and CRM proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset
