About the Role

As a Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling and coordinating all plannable maintenance work performed by the maintenance team, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules
- Coordinate manpower, tools, materials and asset availability
- Ensure asset records and technical libraries are up to date
- Collaborate with internal and external teams for job execution
- Utilize CMMS systems such as Maximo for asset tracking and planning
- Generate maintenance and downtime reports for performance tracking
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Automotive, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.)
- 4–6 years of maintenance experience for degree holders, 6–8 years for diploma holders
- 2–3 years in maintenance planning using CMMS (e.g., Maximo)
- Proficiency in MS Office and good communication skills in English
- UAE driving license preferred
