Job Summary
Hilton Hotels is hiring a Cluster Sales Executive to boost business growth across three iconic properties on Yas Island. Key Responsibilities
As a Cluster Sales Executive, you will:
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity
- Identify and develop new business leads
- Visit clients and promote hotel services in the local area
- Negotiate room rates and custom packages with corporate clients
- Create and manage local marketing campaigns (including social media)
- Prepare and manage business contracts
- Collaborate with internal hotel departments to enhance guest experience
- Attend sales events and networking activities
- Deliver accurate and timely sales reports
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
