Shape the Customer Experience Strategy
As part of the Strategy & Development division, you’ll work alongside the teams that define and deliver the airport’s long-term vision. From research to design, planning to execution, every unit contributes to delivering world-class guest journeys. Your role will be central to aligning insights with business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
In the role of Head – Customer Insights, you will:
- Develop and implement a customer insights strategy that enhances guest experience.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate customer insights into overall planning and decision-making.
- Design and manage research programs, including surveys, focus groups, and observational studies.
- Track industry trends, analyze competitors, and conduct benchmarking against leading global airports.
- Define and manage key customer experience KPIs and report progress to senior stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with internal departments, partners, and community groups for broader feedback.
What You Bring
This role requires a leader who understands how insights drive strategy. You should have:
- A master’s degree in a related discipline.
- 7 to 10 years of experience in Customer Insights, Market Research, or Customer Experience Management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research and data analysis.
- Experience in developing and executing strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
