Job Purpose
Air Arabia is hiring a Technician Trainee to learn and support aircraft maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and part replacements. This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to gain hands-on experience in Avionics, Airframe, and Engine maintenance under expert supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Line and Base Maintenance teams in daily maintenance tasks
- Follow a structured training plan under the guidance of Technical Instructors and Managers
- Perform assigned duties according to company and regulatory standards
- Support routine and non-routine maintenance activities on Air Arabia and third-party aircraft
- Adhere strictly to all safety precautions and maintenance manuals
- Learn to inspect, replace, and install aircraft components correctly
- Identify and report potential service disruptions or technical issues promptly
- Ensure proper handling of parts, tools, and documentation
- Keep all work areas clean and organized
- Cover ports and openings during component replacement and maintenance
- Participate in cross-functional training within the maintenance environment
Qualifications
- Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance or related technical field
- Strong written and verbal English skills for technical communication
- Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Office
- Physically fit and ready to work in demanding conditions
- Willing to travel and eligible for a UAE Driver’s License
- Age between 23 to 30 years

- Able to work long hours and on rotating shifts
- Open to working in tough weather and operational conditions
