Job Purpose
Air Arabia is looking for a Coordinator – Technical Records to manage, maintain, and archive technical documentation for the airline’s fleet. This role ensures full compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies, while keeping all aircraft records accurate, secure, and up to date.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and validate Electronic Tech Log data within the fleet management system
- Track and confirm flight hours, cycles, fuel records, and maintenance entries
- Follow up on technical queries from engineering, stores, and maintenance teams
- Verify that aircraft logbooks reflect accurate maintenance records
- Report completed Service Bulletins to Airbus and other OEMs
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance to organize annual Airworthiness Review Certificates (ARC)
- Generate technical reports such as Non-Revenue Flights and Utilization Reports
- Analyze aircraft data trends to support decision-making by management
- Maintain a structured archive system for all airworthiness records
- Attend training, workshops, and maintain industry knowledge for ongoing development
- Assist with audits and ensure accurate document control at all times
Qualifications
- Higher diploma or certificate in Management or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or Administration is preferred
- Familiarity with compliance and quality control standards is a plus
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and document management tools
- Proficient in written and spoken English
Experience Required
- 1–2 years of experience in aviation document control or technical records management
- Knowledge of Airbus A320 aircraft and CAMO requirements is highly desirable
- Exposure to airworthiness documentation and maintenance planning
- Ability to work night shifts and rotating schedules
- Skilled in handling data with precision and confidentiality
- Strong organizational, communication, and decision-making skills
