Join e& as a Manager of Procurement Analytics and play a key role in driving cost optimization, performance improvement, and data-driven decision-making. Based in Abu Dhabi, this role offers the opportunity to lead procurement data analysis and budgeting for high-impact strategic sourcing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze Spend Data
Clean, consolidate, and interpret vendor spend data. Provide insights that support sourcing strategies and improve supplier performance.
Optimize Data Systems
Maintain secure and efficient spend data management systems. Ensure all procurement data is accurate, confidential, and accessible.
Conduct Market Research
Perform competitive market intelligence. Support sourcing, supplier onboarding, and contract decisions with up-to-date data.
Drive Procurement Efficiency
Deliver insights to reduce costs and boost procurement performance. Use analytics to identify trends, risks, and improvement areas.
Enhance Governance and Policy
Review and update Delegation of Power (DoP) guidelines. Coordinate with finance and other departments to align procurement policies.
Budgeting and Forecasting
Develop and manage annual Opex & Capex budgets (AED 350M). Assess financial feasibility for new procurement initiatives.
Cost Optimization
Implement cost-saving programs across departments. Monitor progress to achieve measurable results at the corporate level.
Support Senior Leadership
Prepare analytical reports and KPIs. Deliver procurement insights that guide executive decisions.
Centralized Expense Planning
Forecast and manage centralized organization-wide expenses. Identify gaps and future needs based on current trends.
Performance Monitoring
Share KPIs with key stakeholders. Track performance to ensure alignment with strategic targets.
Team Development
Support and guide team members under Procurement Analytics. Promote continuous learning and improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Statistics, Finance, or related field
- Experience: 3–4 years in procurement analytics, budgeting, AI, or project management (preferably in a tech organization)
