We are looking for a results-driven Store Manager to lead our retail operations in the UAE. Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
- Train, guide, and supervise store staff
- Manage shifts and daily operations effectively
- Motivate the team to achieve goals and uphold brand values
- Conduct performance evaluations and coaching sessions
- Be flexible with shift timing, including weekends and holidays
Customer Service Excellence
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Meet monthly customer satisfaction and NPS targets
- Maintain low waiting times by improving service efficiency
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure loyalty
- Set and enforce a high customer service standard
Sales and Revenue Growth
- Monitor and analyze sales performance
- Achieve monthly revenue and KPI targets
- Drive upselling and cross-selling strategies
- Inform customers about new products and services
- Track and adjust store strategy to meet targets
Inventory Management
- Control inventory levels and restocking
- Perform regular stock audits
- Prevent overstock and product loss
Store Appearance & Merchandising
- Ensure product displays meet brand standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store
- Report and follow up on repair or maintenance needs
Security & Financial Oversight
- Implement loss prevention and security protocols
- Monitor all cash transactions and reporting
- Secure inventory and financial assets
Store Maintenance
- Ensure full compliance with safety and health standards
- Oversee cleanliness and general store upkeep
Training & Development
- Train team members on customer service and product knowledge
- Identify and address staff development needs
- Conduct weekly coaching and performance reviews
Administrative Duties
- Manage staff timecards and duty rosters
- Keep accurate sales, inventory, and performance records
Internal Communication
- Communicate store updates to team and management
- Share campaign details and policy changes with all staff
- Collaborate with departments like Training, Compliance, and Operations
Regulatory and Policy Compliance
- Enforce company policies and procedures
- Ensure all customer documents meet TDRA regulations
- Process services according to internal protocols
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in a retail management role
