About the Role
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be in charge of KFC MENA’s online performance. You will drive traffic, increase revenue, and grow engagement across platforms like the app, website, search, social media, and video. Working with leading agencies and internal teams, you will build powerful campaigns that deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute high-impact digital campaigns to boost traffic and conversions
- Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets based on ROAS, CPA, and ROI
- Develop a full-funnel marketing calendar with clear goals and timelines
- Use data and analytics to review campaign performance and apply insights
- Partner with creative teams to develop content that supports campaign goals
- Lead pilot tests and explore tools like Adobe Experience Platform and GA360
- Align strategies with internal teams such as Product, Analytics, and Market Leads
- Manage agencies to ensure timely, effective campaign execution
Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you need strong leadership, marketing, and analytical skills. You should also be comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Minimum of 7 years in digital marketing, with 5+ years in ecommerce
- Experience managing digital strategies across MENA is highly valued
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Adjust, and GA
- Deep knowledge of ecommerce KPIs: CPA, CLTV, cohorts, and CRM
- Experience in customer segmentation, retention, and engagement
- Strong communication and project management skills
- English fluency is required; Arabic is an advantage
- Background in QSR, retail, or food and beverage is a plus
