Key Responsibilities

CRM Strategy and Execution

  • Lead the full CRM campaign calendar across email, SMS, and push notifications
  • Align campaigns with brand initiatives, promotions, and business goals
  • Segment audiences for targeted messaging and improve campaign performance
  • Track KPIs and optimize for better ROI using campaign data

Loyalty Program Development

  • Build and refine the KFC loyalty program to boost customer retention
  • Collaborate with digital and ops teams to integrate loyalty features
  • Monitor loyalty metrics like enrollment, redemptions, and repeat purchases
  • Implement gamification and tiered reward ideas to grow engagement

Personalization Using CDP

  • Work with CDP teams to create dynamic audience segments
  • Automate personalized customer journeys based on real-time data
  • Run A/B tests to improve post-purchase actions and upsell opportunities
  • Ensure messaging consistency across all CRM channels

Creative and Brand Consistency

  • Brief agencies to develop content that matches KFC’s brand voice
  • Develop reusable templates for fast campaign execution
  • Explore creative formats like GIFs or interactive videos to boost clicks
  • Maintain tone: bold, fun, and customer-first in all communications

Data-Driven Insights

  • Use analytics to identify churn risks, high-value customers, and trends
  • Translate complex metrics into actionable marketing plans
  • Deliver performance reports with key insights and future plans
  • Coordinate with analysts to ensure data tracking and quality

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Align with global CRM and CDP teams for shared learnings
  • Stay updated with best practices and innovation from central teams
  • Coordinate seamlessly across marketing, tech, and creative departments

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 4–6 years of hands-on CRM or loyalty marketing experience
  • Proficiency in tools like Clevertap, Braze, Salesforce, or similar
  • Strong command of Google Analytics, SQL, and campaign reporting
  • Proven track record in improving customer retention and LTV
  • Experience in briefing creative agencies and ensuring brand alignment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Preferred Industry Background

  • Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)
  • E-commerce or Food-tech
  • Retail or Consumer Goods with high customer interaction
