Key Responsibilities
Operational Strategy & Excellence
- Execute business strategies that boost sales and reduce operational costs
- Lead daily operations to ensure smooth performance and high guest satisfaction
- Monitor KPIs and financials to improve profitability and efficiency
- Maintain full compliance with all brand standards and company policies
People & Culture Leadership
- Build, coach, and empower a results-driven team
- Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and recognition
- Attract and retain top talent who reflect Pizza Hut’s values
- Support succession planning and leadership development
Customer Experience Focus
- Champion a guest-first culture across all locations
- Deliver Pizza Hut’s signature warmth, speed, and hospitality
- Roll out innovative products, campaigns, and promotions
- Use guest feedback to improve service and experience
Financial Management
- Manage budgets, labor costs, and operating forecasts
- Optimize staff scheduling and productivity
- Balance cost control with quality and customer value
Communication & Collaboration
- Ensure timely communication of goals, performance, and achievements
- Collaborate with the COO, Ops Director, and cross-functional teams
- Align operations with marketing, HR, and supply chain objectives
What We Look For
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required
- MBA is a strong advantage
Experience
- Minimum 12+ years in restaurant operations
- Prior UAE experience is mandatory
- Proven success in leading multi-unit operations
Knowledge & Skills
- Deep understanding of QSR or restaurant operations
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and people management
- Strategic thinking with excellent financial acumen
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with modern tools
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead change and inspire high performance
