About the Role
We are hiring an experienced Operating Room Nurse (Registered Endoscopy Theatre Nurse) to join our team at HealthHub Day Surgery Center, located in Dubai Festival City. You will deliver safe, efficient, and compassionate care to patients undergoing procedures in a high-tech surgical environment.
Facility Overview
Our clinic spans 40,000 sq. ft. over two floors within Dubai Festival City Mall and includes:
- Fully equipped Day Surgery Unit
- Outpatient consultation and treatment rooms
- Physiotherapy and rehabilitation services
- Advanced diagnostic imaging (MRI, CT, X-ray, Ultrasound)
- Onsite pharmacy for patient convenience
We offer more than 29 specialties in a modern and accessible setting next to IKEA Dubai Festival City.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care in the operating room and endoscopy suites
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and preparation before, during, and after procedures
- Work closely with surgeons and healthcare professionals for smooth case execution
- Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical records
- Adhere to safety, hygiene, and infection control standards
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years of OT nursing experience
- Endoscopy nursing experience is required
- DHA License (eligibility not accepted)
- BLS Certification (mandatory); ACLS/PALS preferred
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Skilled in EMR and clinical software
