Role Overview – Assistant Outlet Manager
Jumeirah Burj Al Arab is looking for a skilled Assistant Outlet Manager to support its F&B operations at SAL. The role focuses on maintaining service excellence, optimizing profitability, and creating memorable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
You will lead daily operations within the outlet, ensuring all service standards are met professionally and with warmth. Supporting the Outlet Manager, you will focus on guest satisfaction, team performance, and business growth. You’ll manage inventory, safeguard cash flow, and ensure all operational documentation is current and accurate. Additionally, you will help control costs, forecast budgets, and boost outlet revenue by improving guest engagement and loyalty.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed as an Assistant Outlet Manager, you should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. A strong background in F&B within a branded or standalone restaurant is essential. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of an additional language is a plus. You must demonstrate passion for hospitality, strong financial skills, and a drive to exceed expectations.
