Role Overview – Team Leader (Seasonal)
We are hiring a Team Leader – F&B Service (Seasonal) to guide service operations and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone ready to lead by example and maintain the highest standards in luxury dining.
Key Responsibilities
You will oversee day-to-day F&B service activities and lead your team with energy and precision. Conducting pre-shift briefings, you will align staff with goals and updates. You’ll assign duties, support team morale, and ensure smooth operations. You will manage guest queries, handle complaints professionally, and ensure service consistency. Additional tasks include keeping records, conducting checks, and providing in-depth menu and concept knowledge to enhance the guest experience.
What We’re Looking For
To succeed as a Team Leader, you should have 1–2 years of experience in a similar leadership role. A strong background in luxury F&B or high-end restaurant settings is essential. Fluency in English is required, and Russian or European languages are a plus. You should be confident using Microsoft Office, Opera Cloud, Micros, and Sevenrooms. Strong interpersonal skills and cultural sensitivity are also important.
