About the Role: Sales Agent – Private Dining
As a Sales Agent for Private Dining, you will lead personalized guest service within Burj Al Arab’s private dining spaces. This includes coordinating luxury events, collaborating with culinary teams, and ensuring every moment exceeds guest expectations. You’ll be the direct link between our world-class services and discerning clientele, especially Arabic-speaking guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding service in private dining to ensure an exceptional guest journey
- Manage event flow from pre-arrival to guest departure with seamless attention
- Work closely with culinary and event teams to meet guest preferences
- Maintain high service standards and ensure operational efficiency
- Act as a direct liaison for guests, responding promptly and professionally
What We’re Looking For
To succeed as a Sales Agent (Arabic speaking) in this role, you must bring passion, cultural awareness, and hospitality experience. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Up to 2 years of experience, preferably in international luxury hospitality
- Fluent Arabic and English communication
- Strong cultural sensitivity and team collaboration skills
- Previous experience with diverse, multi-national teams is a plus
