About the Role: Waiter/Waitress – Private Dining
As a Waiter/Waitress – Private Dining, you’ll ensure every guest enjoys a smooth, elegant in-room dining experience. You’ll manage table setups, deliver orders accurately, clear trays efficiently, and represent the high standards Burj Al Arab is known for.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver food and beverages accurately, following in-room dining protocols
- Set up in-room dining trolleys and tables with precision and care
- Handle all items with attention, using correct serving techniques
- Clear trays promptly and leave guest spaces clean and tidy
- Report guest feedback and service concerns quickly to your supervisor
- Uphold hygiene and safety protocols at all times
What We’re Looking For
If you are passionate about fine dining and guest service, this role is for you. We value experience and cultural awareness, especially when working with our global clientele.
- 1–2 years of luxury F&B service experience
- Fluent in Russian and English
- Familiarity with Micros, HotSoS, Microsoft Office, and SevenRooms
- Experience in multicultural, high-end hospitality environments
