About the Role: Guest Services Executive – Assawan Spa
As a Guest Services Executive, you will be the first point of contact for guests visiting the spa. You’ll provide warm welcomes, assist with amenities, and ensure smooth service throughout the spa journey. Your goal is to make every guest feel relaxed, well-informed, and pampered from the moment they arrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and escort guests throughout the spa with professionalism and warmth
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of treatment rooms and reception areas
- Address guest enquiries, run errands, and suggest suitable spa products or services
- Handle guest feedback promptly and communicate issues to managers if needed
- Restock amenities and ensure the spa meets Jumeirah’s service standards
- Comply with all Health, Safety, and Environment regulations
- Adhere to HACCP hygiene guidelines
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you must have a passion for guest care and attention to detail. Spa or hospitality experience and a strong service mindset are essential.
- 2–3 years of experience in international luxury hospitality
- Previous experience in spa, wellness, or guest relations preferred
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Warm communication skills and a calm, professional demeanor
