About the Role: Guest Services Executive – Guest Relations
As a Guest Services Executive, you will serve as the first point of contact for VIP guests. Your mission is to ensure smooth arrivals, offer personalized attention, and communicate key details that enhance every moment of their stay. With your local knowledge and warm hospitality, you’ll elevate the overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and escort VIP guests to their suites, coordinating luggage and check-in efficiently
- Offer detailed information about hotel facilities, dining outlets, and experiences
- Share cultural and historical insights to enhance the guest’s connection to the destination
- Handle guest requests with speed and accuracy, coordinating with relevant departments
- Perform daily administrative duties to support the guest relations operation
- Upsell services and make on-the-spot reservations when opportunities arise
- Act as a point of contact throughout the guest’s stay, ensuring complete satisfaction
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you need confidence, empathy, and strong communication skills. A natural storyteller and problem solver will thrive in this high-touch environment.
- Minimum 1 year in a similar guest-facing role in luxury hospitality
- Fluent English communication; additional languages are highly preferred
- Flexible with scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic service environments
- Professional, well-groomed, and poised under pressure
