Dnata now hiring Baggage Services Agent for Dubai operation- Emirates Group Career
Job Purpose:
To coach and assist allocated teams and team members in performing baggage-related activities on shift. This role supports the Team Leader to ensure compliance with Aviation Security regulations and that services are delivered to dnata’s standards.
Responsibilities:
- Reconcile and load baggage accurately to ensure passenger and flight safety.
- Participate in baggage loading at belts and chutes.
- Operate Ground Support Equipment (GSE) in the baggage area.
- Monitor baggage systems and respond to alerts.
- Supervise a small team and enforce safety policies.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required
- Valid UAE driving license
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in ground handling or aviation
- Physically fit to lift baggage and handle equipment
- Basic knowledge of flight operations and safety protocols
