Main Objective of Role
To consistently deliver high-quality service to flydubai passengers in check-in, boarding, special services, transfer, and arrivals. Ensure smooth and efficient passenger processing and support ground handling operations at DXB and DWC airports.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor check-in, departures, transfers, and arrivals.
- Set up check-in areas and allocate desks and manpower.
- Manage queue times and assist with documentation and baggage.
- Ensure on-time boarding, flight departure, and arrival support.
- Assist with passenger delays and disruptions.
- Enforce safety and security policies across airport services.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: AED 12,000/month
- Child Allowance: AED 500
- Shift Pattern: 4-On 4-Off / 5-On 2-Off

Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Fluent in English (other languages an advantage)
- 2–4 years experience in airline operations preferred
