Key Responsibilities
As a Coordinator – Passes & Permits, your role will involve:
- Coordinating with Engineering Services and contractors to manage staff, visitor, and equipment passes including ADP and car park access.
- Ensuring timely and accurate processing of all passes in close coordination with the Pass Office.
- Monitoring the Manager Account in the Amin system and verifying applications from sub-account users.
- Providing system training and regular updates to sub-account holders.
- Responding to staff and contractor inquiries, guiding them with required documentation.
- Tracking the status of pass approvals and delivering weekly or monthly status reports to management.
- Preparing official letters and memos, verifying supporting documents, and solving technical issues through internal coordination.
Required Qualifications & Skills
To succeed as a Coordinator – Passes & Permits, you should bring:
- A Higher Diploma or Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in permits and access control.
- Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with Dubai Airport’s policies and procedures.
- Proficiency in office applications and experience in digital processing of applications.
- A strong understanding of structured security management systems.
