Core Purpose of the Job
To provide technical support and guidance in dairy technology by participating in projects, production processes, and continuous improvement initiatives. This includes daily processing and filling plans and coordination with the maintenance and quality departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and implement daily production plans
- Ensure smooth operation of automated processing and filling equipment
- Collaborate with maintenance and QA teams for issue resolution
- Contribute to lean manufacturing and process improvement projects
- Maintain records in line with international standards
Qualifications of Dairy Technologist
- Recognized Dairy Technology qualification from a certified institute
- Minimum 1 year experience in FMCG production
- Hands-on with automated processing systems
- Familiar with lean manufacturing and quality compliance
Skills & Competencies
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
- Good command of English (spoken & written)
- Experience with SAP is a plus
- Team player with a positive and methodical approach
- Ability to work in diverse, multicultural teams
