About the Role
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you’ll lead performance marketing strategies across key channels—app, website, search, social media, video, and display. Your goal? Drive traffic, conversions, and revenue with data-led decisions and creative content.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across all digital platforms
- Optimize ROAS, CPA, and CPO through smart budget allocation
- Build a detailed digital marketing calendar with internal and external partners
- Analyze data to identify trends and actionable insights
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-impact content
- Lead pilots and adopt tools like GA360, Adobe Experience Platform, and CDPs
- Align with internal teams in Product, Analytics, Revenue, and Market Units
- Oversee agency relationships to ensure campaign success
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 7+ years in digital marketing, 5+ years in ecommerce
- Strong regional experience across MENA markets
Skills You’ll Need
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, Adjust
- Deep understanding of ecommerce KPIs—CPA, CLTV, CRM, cohorts
- Strong data analysis and performance optimization skills
- Knowledge in customer segmentation and retention
- Excellent communication and project management
- English fluency; Arabic is a plus
- Experience in F&B, QSR, or retail is an advantage
