Role Purpose
Lead the delivery of consulting programs at dnata, manage internal resources, qualify new business opportunities, and ensure successful project implementation across ground handling, cargo, and catering divisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop market proposition and entry strategies.
- Establish engagement standards, KPI frameworks, and methodologies.
- Identify and manage consulting resources and vendors.
- Oversee project lifecycle from proposal to delivery.
- Ensure project quality, client satisfaction, and timely execution.
- Research trends and recommend strategic changes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA/Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years in management consulting (at least 5 years in aviation or logistics business development).
- Advanced English; additional languages a plus.
- Strong leadership, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel globally.
