Job Overview
Emirates Flight Catering is seeking an experienced EFS Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at employee accommodation sites. This role focuses on supervising technicians, ensuring task completion, enforcing safety standards, and preparing operational reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily maintenance tasks across accommodation sites.
- Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with maintenance procedures.
- Coordinate and schedule preventive maintenance programs.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports for management.
- Act as an escalation point for resolving maintenance issues.
- Provide training and conduct toolbox talks for the technical team.
- Manage tools, materials, and resource allocation efficiently.
Required Qualifications
Diploma or ITI certification in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience of EFS Maintenance Supervisor
Minimum 5 years in maintenance operations with at least 2 years of supervisory experience. Must have hands-on expertise in MEP systems and building maintenance.
