Salary: AED 12,000 per month

Job Description of F&B Manager

The FnB Manager will oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets at Concourse 1, Terminal 1 & 2 in Dubai International Airport. The role ensures high customer satisfaction through excellent service and food quality while maintaining profitability. This includes coordination with production, menu development, budget management, customer satisfaction handling, and staff training in line with ISO and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily F&B operations at airport outlets
  • Coordinate with production on menu and food quality
  • Propose and rotate menu offerings
  • Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently
  • Handle CAPEX and staffing budgets preparation
  • Procure equipment and materials as needed
  • Ensure staff compliance with hygiene, safety, and ISO 9001:2000 standards

Qualifications

Graduate or Diploma in Catering and/or Hotel Management or equivalent qualification. Extensive knowledge in Food and Beverage Management is required.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience with a graduate degree or 7 years with a diploma in F&B management or a related field.

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Task-oriented with a background in hotel or catering
  • Motivated leader with strong organizational abilities
  • Fluency in English

Compensation

Monthly Salary: AED 12,000 (Performance-based bonuses may apply)
