Key Responsibilities
As a Front Office Supervisor, you will oversee the reception area and assist the team in managing guest requests efficiently. You will guide team members to maintain high service standards and keep the Front Office Manager updated on guest feedback. Your responsibilities include ensuring front desk procedures run smoothly, especially during check-in and check-out. You will also use your knowledge of room categories, rates, and packages to support guests and promote upselling when appropriate. By leading by example, you will inspire the team to exceed guest expectations and maintain brand standards at all times.
What We Expect
To succeed in this position, you should have previous customer-facing experience and a passion for hospitality. A positive attitude and strong communication skills are essential. You must be comfortable working both independently and within a team. Attention to grooming and a focus on guest satisfaction are also required. You should have a basic level of IT knowledge and a strong understanding of hotel services.
Preferred Skills
It is helpful if you have worked in a hotel environment before, especially in a supervisory role. Knowledge of property management systems and front desk equipment is an advantage. You should show leadership traits, remain calm under pressure, and be ready to support other departments when needed.
