Role Overview – Guest Relations Executive (Hostess)
We are hiring a Guest Relations Executive (Seasonal) to join our F&B team at Burj Al Arab. As the face of the outlet, your goal is to welcome guests warmly, deliver memorable experiences, and ensure a smooth flow of service.
Key Responsibilities
You will greet guests, engage in small talk, and ensure high standards of personalized service, especially for VIPs and returning guests. You’ll handle reservations and special requests, follow F&B service protocols, and maintain accurate guest data. Additionally, you will manage seating arrangements, support service staff, and assist with day-to-day outlet operations. You must maintain discretion, service continuity, and uphold our grooming and brand standards at all times.
Who We’re Looking For
To succeed as a Guest Relations Executive, you should have at least 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or premium restaurant. Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of Russian or a European language is preferred. You should also be confident using tools like Microsoft Office, Micros, and Sevenrooms. Experience in multicultural hospitality environments is a strong advantage.
