The Strategy & Development team creates long-term plans, prioritizes investment, and turns strategy into tangible progress. As Head of PMO, you’ll be the central force that aligns all project and programme activities across the department.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Build and lead a lean, capable PMO team from the ground up.
- Establish governance structures, tools, and systems to support project delivery.
- Act as the single source of truth for project reporting and performance metrics.
- Provide actionable insights and reports to support executive decision-making.
- Implement best practice controls across cost, time, and quality.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration and a culture of continuous improvement.
- Drive innovation and change across strategy, design, and construction projects.
What You Bring
To be successful, you’ll need:
- A bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or Project Management.
- 10 to 12 years of experience, with 5 to 7 years in senior PMO or portfolio roles.
- Proven expertise in project governance, controls, risk, and benefits realization.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience in scoping and implementing P3M tools and systems.
