Job Overview of IT Agile Manager
We are looking for an experienced IT Agile Manager to lead enterprise-level transformation and automation projects. The candidate will plan and drive complex IT projects using agile principles to ensure high-quality technical solutions aligned with business strategies. The manager will oversee multiple agile teams and be responsible for removing impediments, mentoring teams, and delivering timely value to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage enterprise-level transformation and automation projects
- Apply agile methodologies to ensure timely and effective delivery
- Manage risks, project scope, and maintain stakeholder communication
- Promote team self-organization and continuous improvement
- Mentor and develop agile team capabilities
- Oversee multiple agile teams ensuring high performance and quality delivery
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field is required. A Master’s degree is preferred.
Experience
Minimum of 10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in project management roles handling medium to large-scale projects. A minimum of 3 years as an Agile Project Manager is essential.
Skills Required for IT Agile Manager
- Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office, JIRA, and Confluence
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Compensation
Monthly Salary: AED 18,000 (Performance-based incentives may apply)
