Job Overview
Hilton Dubai Palm is hiring a Kitchen & Laundry Technician to handle the inspection, diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of electrical kitchen and laundry equipment. This is your chance to work in a world-class hotel and ensure excellent guest experiences through your technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
As a Kitchen & Laundry Technician, your tasks will include:
- Inspect and maintain all kitchen and laundry electrical equipment
- Identify problems and repair faulty systems efficiently
- Ensure all work complies with safety and electrical codes
- Replace or fix wiring, fixtures, and electrical units as needed
- Support emergency operations (e.g., power outages or system failures)
- Operate generators, floodlights, and emergency tools when required
- Report hazardous equipment and advise on corrective actions
- Maintain strong relationships with hotel teams and suppliers
- Deliver quality work aligned with Hilton’s service standards
- Take part in special assignments as needed
