Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will lead and manage cybersecurity initiatives across the organization. The role involves daily oversight of security systems, processes, and tools.
- Conduct detailed security audits and implement improvement plans
- Develop and enforce Privileged Access Management (PAM) strategies
- Create and maintain system security hardening guidelines
- Automate security tasks using Python scripting
- Lead the Vulnerability Management Program
- Deploy and manage Security Automation for faster threat response
- Monitor, detect, and respond to security incidents quickly
- Collaborate with IT and DevOps teams to secure all stages of SDLC
- Maintain and monitor tools like SIEM, IDS/IPS, DLP, and endpoint security
- Ensure secure cloud and on-premise architectures
- Review and optimize firewall settings and access controls
- Align cybersecurity policies with global standards
- Test and deploy new cybersecurity technologies
- Handle incident response and coordinate with external experts
- Drive threat intelligence strategies and ongoing improvement
