Job Overview
Emirates Flight Catering is seeking an experienced Manager – Standards & Specification to lead the culinary data, recipe validations, and master data management across ERP systems. The role will ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency by collaborating with production, procurement, costing, and catering operations teams.
Responsibilities of Manager – Standards & Specification
- Manage and maintain master data including item codes, BOMs, and menu masters
- Oversee recipe validations and menu design processes
- Execute material resource planning and ensure data readiness for ERP transitions
- Support food technology validation processes
- Coordinate food photography for menu documentation
- Analyze consumption trends and prepare reports
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems
- Collaborate closely with production, procurement, costing, and catering operations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field is required.
Experience
Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in supply chain planning, forecasting, finance, or culinary data management, preferably in the aviation sector.
Skills Required
- Proficiency in ERP systems (JDE, SAP), CAT360, PAXIA
- Experience with demand planning and menu management tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage data accuracy in high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders
Compensation
Monthly Salary: AED 16,000 (Performance-based incentives may apply)
