Job Purpose
Support all material planning activities to ensure parts & material availability to turnaround all assets maintained by various Technical Services sections with minimal downtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Forecast and ensure availability of parts and materials.
- Maintain accurate BOM and update job plans with material details.
- Track work orders and expedite delayed parts.
- Evaluate inventory levels and manage reorder points.
- Liaise with vendors, planning teams, and workshops.
- Ensure alignment with safety and quality procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering/Mechanical/Electrical/Automotive.
- 2-6 years of relevant experience depending on qualification.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and parts planning.
- Strong communication and safety awareness skills.
