Job Overview
Emirates Flight Catering (Food Point) is looking for a highly motivated and innovative New Product Development Manager to drive culinary innovation and deliver high-quality food products for airline and commercial clients. The successful candidate will manage the product development lifecycle from concept to production while ensuring quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities of New Product Development Manager
- Lead culinary innovation projects from idea generation to final product launch
- Develop creative, market-driven menus and product concepts
- Manage product trials, documentation, and system updates
- Collaborate with procurement, quality, and production teams for ingredient sourcing and process optimization
- Analyze product performance data to guide development decisions
- Ensure adherence to food safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Foster and mentor a high-performing product development team
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts is required.
Experience
A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in culinary innovation, food production, or menu development with an emphasis on airline or commercial catering preferred.
