About the Role: Outlet Manager – SAL
As Outlet Manager, you will oversee all day-to-day operations at SAL, ensuring service excellence, profitability, and team motivation. Your leadership will be vital in delivering standout dining experiences while maintaining luxury standards and maximizing operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all aspects of F&B outlet operations, ensuring seamless service
- Monitor outlet profitability and implement strategies to improve performance
- Uphold food and beverage quality, promptly addressing any service concerns
- Develop the team through training, coaching, and constructive feedback
- Work closely with the Outlet GM to meet revenue and department targets
- Drive cost-control, process optimization, and operational improvements
- Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and hygiene standards
What You’ll Bring
To succeed as an Outlet Manager – SAL, you need strong leadership, operational expertise, and a genuine passion for guest satisfaction.
- Minimum 2 years in an Outlet Manager role within luxury F&B or lifestyle venues
- Proven experience in standalone or branded restaurants/beach clubs
- Degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost management, and profitability improvement
- Excellent communication in English; additional language is an advantage
- High standards in guest service, staff management, and F&B operations
