Job Summary:
Almarai is looking for a qualified Personnel Manager (Manufacturing) to oversee all HR and personnel activities at our Abu Dhabi plant. The role involves implementing HR policies, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, and providing support across all personnel-related functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute all personnel department activities in accordance with company policies and UAE regulations.
- Provide expert HR guidance to plant management and employees.
- Interpret and apply HR policies and procedures effectively.
- Maintain personnel records, documentation, and compliance standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR or Personnel Management in a large-scale organization.
- University degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Thorough understanding of UAE labor law and HR operations.
