About the Role
We are hiring a UAEN Sales Assistant for our Fashion Retail team in the UAE. In this role, you will generate sales, provide excellent customer service, and support daily store operations as directed by the store management team.
Key Responsibilities
Store Safety & Standards
- Keep the store clean, organized, and safe at all times
- Follow store standards to create a welcoming environment
Customer Service
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and professional appearance
- Deliver engaging service and provide accurate product information
- Thank customers and invite them to return
Sales & Quality
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and recommend products
- Promote upselling to increase sales and satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and tidy cash wrap area
Admin & POS
- Handle cash and process transactions efficiently
- Offer gift cards and capture customer data into the system
What You Need to Succeed
Skills and Knowledge
- Strong background in sales, marketing, or fashion retail
- In-depth understanding of brand positioning and market trends
- Awareness of competitors and market conditions
Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of retail sales experience
- Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
- Physically fit and able to lift or stand for long hours
