About the Role

Etihad Airways looking for a dynamic Sales Officer to drive cargo sales and strategy in Abu Dhabi. This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead revenue generation efforts, build lasting client relationships, and play a key part in executing our regional growth strategy.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement regional cargo sales strategy
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities across logistics providers and key accounts
  • Manage and grow relationships with VIP and strategic clients
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure service-level excellence
  • Monitor sales targets, market trends, and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with pricing, ops, and planning teams to optimize revenue

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field
  • 3–5 years experience in cargo sales, logistics, or key account management
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and CRM proficiency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset
