About the Role
As a Sales Supervisor, you will support the Store and Department Managers in daily operations. You will lead the team in achieving store targets, ensure smooth customer service, and maintain store standards. This hands-on role includes acting as Duty Manager and supporting compliance, stock handling, and staff training.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
Deliver exceptional customer service by sharing product knowledge and helping customers make informed decisions. Always maintain a professional, helpful attitude on the sales floor.
Store Operations
Support day-to-day operations such as store opening, closing, and Duty Manager responsibilities. You will also oversee the POS area, train new team members, and resolve customer issues efficiently.
Stock and Display
Supervise product receiving and ensure proper display according to brand standards. You will help during stock counts and store events such as new launches or openings.
Compliance
Assist in ensuring pricing and ticketing procedures are followed correctly. This will reduce errors and enhance customer trust.
Team Development
Support training initiatives for Sales Assistants. Guide them in applying brand merchandising principles to ensure the store looks its best and reflects brand image.
Skills & Requirements
Required Skills
- Solid retail experience in sales, marketing, or operations
- In-depth understanding of fashion trends and customer behavior
- Team leadership with strong service delivery focus
- Market awareness with problem-solving attitude
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role
Technical Skills
- Excellent verbal communication
- Ability to perform light lifting
- Comfortable standing for long hours
- Strong customer engagement skills
