Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Manager – Project Management, your role is to lead the full life cycle of major construction projects. You will:
- Manage end-to-end project delivery for Terminals, Concourses, and Surface Access initiatives.
- Lead design, procurement, and construction from concept to final handover.
- Be the primary contact for stakeholder coordination and issue resolution.
- Guide internal and external project managers to ensure consistent delivery.
- Develop project briefs, business cases, and execution plans.
- Oversee compliance with sustainability, security, and technology standards.
- Ensure all activities align with regulatory and internal guidelines.
What You Bring
To succeed in this role, you need a strong foundation in project and infrastructure management. You should have:
- A bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure, fit-out, and refurbishment.
- A proven track record delivering complex projects in sustainability and airport systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Experience using project tools like Microsoft Project, Aconex, Clarity, or Primavera P6.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum project methodologies.
