Job Summary
flydubai is hiring a Senior Officer – Materials Planning to ensure continuous availability and optimal planning of aircraft spare parts and tools. This role supports maintenance operations by managing inventory, planning logistics, and optimizing cost efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage materials for scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance.
- Coordinate with internal teams for effective provisioning and material flow.
- Monitor critical items to avoid Aircraft on Ground (AOG) situations.
- Support annual maintenance budgeting and reporting.
- Manage inventory control, transfers, and reconciliations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 5–7 years’ experience in materials planning or inventory management.
- Proficiency in MRO systems (AMOS, TRAX, OASES) and Excel.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
