Role Summary of Senior Planning Officer
The Senior Planning Officer will be responsible for maintaining optimal inventory levels across sales depots, analyzing stock trends, identifying aging stock, and coordinating restocking efforts via SAP and CPP systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory across all depots and ensure stock aligns with inventory policies
- Analyze sales and replenishment trends
- Identify slow-moving and aging SKUs
- Suggest and submit replenishment quantities to CPP
- Update SAP with approved CPP stock movements
- Generate inventory performance and service level reports
Candidate Requirements
- Diploma in accounts, commerce, planning, or similar
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in logistics or supply planning
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
