Job Role
The Senior Sales Supervisor will optimize sales and distribution operations in a designated area by managing van sales teams, ensuring policy compliance, and maximizing revenue while maintaining ethical practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage van sales operations and teams.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure KPI targets are achieved.
- Ensure compliance with Almarai’s policies and market standards.
- Train and coach multi-national sales staff.
Job Requirements of Senior Sales Supervisor
- College diploma or undergraduate degree.
- Minimum 3 years of experience supervising van sales teams.
- Strong English communication; Arabic is a plus.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; certified in category management is a bonus.
