Job Purpose
dnata is one of the world’s largest air services providers offering ground handling, cargo, travel, and flight catering services across five continents. We operate in 38 countries and 136 airports globally.
This role involves managing the transactional activities at the dnata Technical Services stores issue counters. You’ll ensure all policies and procedures are fulfilled while issuing spare parts, maintaining accurate data, and delivering top-notch customer service.
Responsibilities
- Identify customer needs and ensure timely service.
- Manage spare parts stock to minimize costs.
- Oversee stock receipt, packaging, dispatch, and reconciliation.
- Use Oracle ERP to ensure accurate inventory records.
- Support part collection and distribution across stores.
Qualifications
- 12 years schooling or equivalent.
- UAE Driving License.
- English proficiency (Level 5).
- 3+ years with automated inventory systems (Oracle ERP preferred).
- Customer service experience in an inventory/distribution center environment.
